Crystal Parker
Meet Crystal! After being introduced to Pilates in 2002 when a rugby injury took her off the pitch, she was quickly impressed by the diversity of the practitioners in her weekly mat classes. She then became certified through Power Pilates in 2009, and shortly after trained in the barre method at Evolutions Body Clinic in Annapolis, MD. Continuing to broaden her knowledge and experience, Crystal received her 200-RYT certification through Carolina Yoga Companies. This fall, Crystal is pursuing her 85hr PYTT certification through The Prenatal Yoga Center.
While pregnant with her first child in 2017, Crystal received a specialty certification in Pre and Post Natal Pilates at Fusion Pilates in Asheville. She and her husband, Jason, welcomed their daughter in March of 2018. Their son followed just 15 months later, in June 2019.

Stefanie Ezratty
Stefanie is a mom, wife, and owner of Tiny Blooms Yoga. She dabbled in yoga for years deepening her practice through prenatal yoga while pregnant with her daughter. It was after that time that yoga had a lasting impression on her life. New motherhood, both before and after birth, though a beautiful time, was one of the most challenging times of her life. Also one of the most isolating times. That's when she found help through yoga. She then went on to complete her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Melting Point Hot Yoga. With a life-long passion for children and a newly formed empathy for motherhood and all of its challenges (good & bad!) she quickly knew that these were the specialties in which she wanted to explore. She then went on to complete her 85 hr Prenatal Yoga certification through the Prenatal Yoga Center, as well as her 95 hr Children's Yoga certification through Twist Kids Yoga. In order to help bring more of a family centered approach to yoga in the Lake Norman area, she founded Tiny Blooms Yoga.
