Yoga has been part of Jessica’s live life since 2009, after the birth of her second child. It has brought, flexibility, lightness on and off her mat in everyday life; teaching her to live life with love and in the moment. Stefanie is a mom, wife, and owner of Tiny Blooms Yoga. She dabbled in yoga for years deepening her practice through prenatal yoga while pregnant with her daughter. It was after that time that yoga had a lasting impression on her life. New motherhood, both before and after birth, though a beautiful time, was one of the most challenging times of her life. Also one of the most isolating times. That's when she found yoga. She then went on to complete her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Melting Point Hot Yoga. With a life-long passion for children and a newly formed empathy for motherhood and all of its challenges (good & bad!) she quickly knew that these were the specialties in which she wanted to explore. She then went on to complete her 85 hr Prenatal Yoga certification through the Prenatal Yoga Center, and completed training in Children's Yoga through Twist Kids Yoga. In order to help bring more of a family centered approach to yoga in the Lake Norman area, she left a 15 year corporate career to open Tiny Blooms Yoga within the Blossom Tree Wellness collective. Understanding that motherhood can be very isolating, she opened the collective with that in mind. A place for new mothers to go to feel supported. To be accepted. And to find camaraderie as they navigate this new territory together.
