Chair Pose for Prenatal Yoga
Our unique prenatal classes focus not only on relief from common pregnancy discomforts. They also focus on a woman's preparation for birth through breathing techniques, practices in mindfulness, and challenging but safe holds. The classes take place in a group-sharing atmosphere to help women feel supported and connected to peers during pregnancy. Classes are vinyasa-style (breath to movement), and all levels. There is a little bit for everyone- those wishing to continue their yoga practice and those brand new!
After birth, it is important to also honor the body, as pregnancy hormones can last up to a year postpartum! We have offerings for you with or without baby to account for this transition time!
